How to Choose Great Men’s Shirts

Choosing men’s shirts can prove to be more challenging than expected, especially when one is not sure about aspects such as colors, coordination, fit and style. Selecting the ideal shirt for oneself or as a gift for another person is made easier by considering a number of aspects during the purchase. Decisions that influence the color of choice include fashion trends, the type of shirt and even skin color. For formal shirts, it is advisable to opt for conservative colors such as blue and white. Formal shirts should correspond to the overall design of Suits. For example, blue shirts are typically paired with gray or brown suits for an aesthetically appealing contrast. With casual shirts, men can be more adventurous by choosing brighter colors such as orange and green. In the recent past years, pink has become an unconventional but popular choice for men’s shirts.

The pattern of the shirt can be a tricky area. It is generally safer to choose solid colors that can be paired up with other clothes effortlessly. The length of the sleeves is essential because the wrong length can ruin the overall appearance of the wearer. When shopping for formal shirts or casual shirts, men should ensure that the sleeve length is appropriate.
